The Role
We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Technical Administrator to support our operations in Whiteley. This is a hands-on role involving the processing of both sales and purchase orders, maintaining accurate records within our internal systems, and assisting with general administrative duties.
The role would suit someone with a strong administrative background who is confident working with structured processes, product data, and customer liaison.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing customer sales orders and raising supplier purchase orders
Updating and maintaining internal systems with accurate order information
Supporting the day-to-day operations team with admin tasks and data handling
Ensuring clear and consistent documentation across all stages of the process
Requirements:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working with structured information and product data
Experience with Sage 50 is desirable
Previous experience in the electronics or PCB industry is preferred but not essential
A methodical and proactive approach to workload management
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday: Standard office hours
Friday: Early finish at 2:30pm
